Description: This really sharp 100% wool Berman's jacket is in excellent condition. There are no holes, tears, stains, etc. on the exterior or interior of the jacket and it truly looks like it just came off the rack. The overall color is black, but please see the fabric picture for the actual wool detail. As background, this jacket was purchased by me in New York in the 1980's, worn only a couple times, and then due to a transfer to Arizona it was never worn again so you can be completely confident that it is 100% authentic vintage Berman's. It has been carefully maintained in climate controlled storage for over 30 years and comes from a smoke-free and pet-free home. This stylish jacket has 2 external pockets and 2 internal pockets and measures approximately 24" from top to bottom and approximately 21" from side to side. Although it is labeled as size S, it fits me comfortably and I typically wear M. The Bermans company established in the 1800's was known for genuine high quality products and this jacket is an excellent example of their fine work. Because you can no longer buy a jacket with this style in stores the only other option to achieve this look would be very expensive custom tailoring. So whether you are into vintage clothing or just want a truly unique nice looking jacket to add to your collection or work in wardrobe and are on the hunt for 1980's styling you will not be disappointed with this purchase.
