These koi were all handpicked at the importer’s facility by us to ensure that we bring the highest quality koi to our customers. Gin Rin koi are distinguished by their sparkling, diamond-shaped scales. While this characteristic can fade a bit with age, their beauty is unmatched and they are still highly sought after by koi enthusiasts. In this variety pack you may receive a variety of different Gin Rin koi. *Photos are representative of the available fish but are not necessarily the exact fish you will receive.* General Shipping Information: - All fish are professionally packed with fresh water and pure oxygen in doubled 3 mil poly bags. - All fish are shipped in appropriately marked boxes that are insulated with thick styrofoam panels. Fish are shipped with ice packs when necessary at no extra charge. - All fish sizes are approximate unless otherwise stated. - Live fish are shipped on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. Live Arrival Guarantee (LAG) Policy: All live fish shipments are guaranteed by Edgewater Pond and Landscape except under the following conditions: - There is an error or delay by the fault of the carrier (e.g. mishandling/damage caused by carrier, weather delays, natural disasters etc.) - The package is not immediately received upon the first delivery attempt resulting in a delay. This includes packages that are delivered but are left sitting outside and/or not immediately received and inspected by the customer upon delivery. - Any changes made to shipping or delivery information by the customer during transit. - Day-time receiving temperatures are below 95F and above 38F. - In the rare event of a Dead on Arrival (DOA) you must send at least two clear pictures of the dead fish in the UNOPENED shipping bags within two hours of delivery to qualify for a refund or credit. - Refunds and credits are offered for the costs of the fish only. Shipping costs are always non-refundable. - All fish are guaranteed to be visibly healthy and as described when they leave our facility. Due to the many variables that go into the health of your fish after arrival (such as acclimation procedures, water parameters, weather conditions etc.) we cannot guarantee the condition of fish once they have been introduced to your pond.
