These settings are absolutely gorgeous, and measures (66 mm x 50 mm) outside, and the bail has a 4 mm hole. You will have to glue in any cameos or cabs you want to put into the settings, no prongs and they are very sturdy. You will not be disappointed in the quality, the 40x30mm is excellent and if I was setting any cameos or cabs, I would use these. These have never been used. Since they are a solid back, you could go down in size a little if you had an odd size cameo or cab to try and fit. They have a gorgeous Victorian look to them.
