Antique 1920s African American Baby Doll, Composition Doll, Painted Face, 9"

Description: Poseable limbs. There is cracking and some chipping/loss of composition material on the doll, which I have shown in the photos, especially around the sides of her head, where the hair is rooted. Be very careful with clothing, and do not remove over her head. You can see there is also composition loss on her right hand, and the cracking is easily seen on her legs. Eyes need repainted. She was originally a side-glancing doll. She is an excellent candidate for restoration, as her hair is good, and arms and legs are still tight. Her dress, underpants, and gauzy slip/crinoline are included. Please see all photos, as they are considered part of the description. Unmarked 9 1/2"
