Description: Up for grabs is a set of 18th Century Colonial Hip Cages Panniers. These panniers are made to order and ship within a day or two. These are made to be worn under a Colonial or Marie Antoinette style gown or dress. They are made from cotton or poly cotton, have poly boning for structure and tie in both front and back.
