The process is very simple; instructions are included and easy to follow. After creating an account with NowFuture, simply swab the inside of both cheeks AT LEAST 20 TIMES (Note: You should not eat/drink 30 minutes prior to swabbing) with the included swab, return it to the container it comes in then place the return address label on the box the kit arrives in and pop it in your mailbox to send back to the lab. You can even schedule a USPS pickup as you're doing the swab. A very simple and fast process. An email will be sent when your results are ready. And I'm excited to see what my results say. I do have some food sensitivities , I'm anxious to see if they show up in the results. It took my less than 10 minutes to perform the test including reading the instructions. The kit does require you to register online to get your results. You will need to active the kit during the registration process. It does provide a QR code for activation but it did not work, so I had to manually type the kit number in. This was still quite easy. After swabbing the inside of your cheek you put the mouth swab back into the tube and box it came in which comes with a pre-paid and USPS label. Just hold off on eating for half an hour, then swab per the included instructions and send it in to wait for your personal recommendations. Overall, it doesnt get much easier.
