Description: A wonderful antique Chinese 18th century porcelain Guanyin figurine, dating to circa 1790. This beautiful and very fine quality late Qianlong polychrome figurine shows a sitting Guanyin looking downwards wearing fabulous pink floral and green bamboo decorated robes which are pulled up over the back of her head, she wears an elaborate necklace and has high piled hair, she holds a scroll in one hand and a fly whisk in the other and wears a little gold gilt lingzi-decorated hairpin, the figurine with wonderful details all over particularly in her face, hands and foot. The figurine measures approximately 7 inches (17.8cm) high. The figurine is in general excellent condition with all over light wear.
