The top plate has heavy discoloration and rust. There is corrosion on the outlet and the ports. I was able to power on the device with a standard power cord.I was able to test the displays to be working. I was able to adjust the knobs with no issues. I was able to set a temperature with no issues.While trying to set the RPM's the device showed an error code. The RPM's do not respond when the knob is turned. No further testing could be completed due to lack of knowledge and/or resources. The device is being sold for repair, refurbishment or reuse by the buyer.
