Description: Lot of 14 France RPPC Black & White Postcards Paris Liberation & Paris Scenes Just 1 of these cards I found listed for $35.00 and a different card listed for $16.00 In looking for comparable packs, I came across some and NONE of them had ALL of the same pictures. Some pictures were the same and the majority of the remainder in the packs were different. Not sure how that works. All in good condition. This is a compilation of the Paris Liberation and Paris Scenes. They came together in the same pack. See pictures and further description. 4 of them has Liberation De Paris on the back and C.A.P. Paris: with the numbers as follows:16 - The Official Procession Rue de Rivoli19 - General Eisenhower at the Unknown Soldier's Tomb23 - General de Gaulle with the tanks24 - The Tanks Pass in The Champs-Elysees 6 Others have the C.A.P. Paris on the back but do not reference Liberation and are numbered as follows:one with no number, 83, 278, 375, 923 & 996 The remainder 4 have scalloped edging and have the same backs and numbered as follows:3507 Paris - The Opera3607 Paris - Concord Square3514 Paris - Magdalen Church3517 Paris - The Eiffel Tower
