Description: Nippon Hand Painted White & Raised Gold Floral Border Handled Bowl Nice antique porcelain bowl. Has an ivory border with gold bands and hand painted white flowers with raised gold highlights. Gold gilding along the edge. Marked on the reverse with a blue Hand Painted Nippon mark with a Maruki symbol in this center. This mark was used between 1912 and 1921. Has some wear to the gilding, but otherwise good condition. Measures approximately 10 1/8 inches wide from handle to handle x 2 inches tall. This is an antique and may have small in manufacture defects that do not affect the display of the piece. KU IX
