How to Order 1) Place an order for the canvas size you would like (or if you prefer you can simply order a digital print). 2) Once you have ordered, send us a picture of your pet and the number of the design you would like. 3) We will get to work on your masterpiece right away and send you a draft for approval What You Get Once we have received your hi-res digital photo (smartphone is usually perfect!) we will get to work right away. Our mission is to make sure you are in love with your custom pet portraits, so they bring you as much joy, as our creations have brought us. First we manually enhance your image so it will look fantastic when we add the art effects. For digital copies only - we supply finished artwork back to you usualy within a business day. For prints/canvasses - we check your photo quality is good for the print size and skillfully place your image on the canvas and make any final adjustments. We will get to work on creating your custom pet art within 1-2 business days We then have your canvas printed and ship the finished masterpiece to you in around 7-10 days. Please bear in mind there are still some postal delays due to the pandemic.
