As the photos show, this gorgeous hand-made shade is in great shape with no chips or cracks in it. I was told that this particular piece was made by an artist named John Curtis in Elkhart Lake, WI in the 1980's. This shade measures approximately 8" in diameter (at its widest point) by 8" tall with a 3-1/2" fitter. This vintage art glass shade comes exactly as shown in the photos.
