Description: Star Trek: The Next Generation Ensign Cloisonne Metal Rank Pip Pin NEW UNUSED This pip is an exact reproductions of the ones worn on the 3rd-7th seasons of Star Trek: The Next Generation, as well as the first 5 years of Star Trek: Deep Space Nine. It is a shiny, high quality cloisonne gold toned metal (which is a higher quality pin than the soft metal enamel painted pins offered elsewhere), and available in both black or gold, depending on rank. Four gold for Captain, 3 gold for Commander, 2 gold and 1 black for Lt. Commander, 2 gold for Lt., 1 gold and 1 black for Lt. J.G., and 1 gold for Ensign. It measures 7/16" across and is a mint, unworn pin. Made by the Hollywood Pins Company, it has had limited release and is not easily found outside of Star Trek conventions. Hollywood Pins closed down in October 2001 so these pins will soon be next to impossible to find. This is stored in a smoke and pet free environment.
