Printer CompatibilityPlease make sure before making your purchase, that this is the correct printer you will be needing for use with your specific setup; in other words, make sure this printer is going to be compatible with your device type (ie iOS, Android, Windows) as well as whichever POS system/software you will be using the printer and your device with (ie - Doordash, Uber Eats, Square, etc). The most common reason for returns is due to customers not first checking for device and POS/software compatibility before making their purchase of a POS printer; only then do they realize that they hadn't even have the thought occur to them, that they needed to check for such a thing; well, you most certainly DO need to check for device and POS compatibility before making the next step of buying a printer - because if you are just shooting blank and guessing that this is the printer that is going to work for you - then you are just guessing! I will say, however, that for whatever reason, the bluetooth model of the TSP600 series of Star Micronics Printers (series this printer model falls under) is compatible with the MOST device types and POS Systems/Softwares, out of all the possible connection types available for consumers to purchase of the TSP650II model in - DoorDash and Uber Eats, for example, are two giants in the food industry as far as POS systems are concerned, and ONLY can be connected to via bluetooth! Seems ridiculous, but that's just the way it is for some reason...
