I know the Row stuff is VERY expensive. I looked for this piece online and could not find it. To be honest, I'm not really sure how it works. It's clear it's a wrap skirt but I'm not sure how it wraps and is worn. It's one large piece of fabric that fold over so it's almost like two A line skirts on top of one another. That means there is a whole double layer that wraps around. There is a wrap belt at waistline that buttons twice. Maybe someone who knows the row well will know this piece. The size is a 4 and it's a flared A line cut. 100% cotton in an Ecru color tone. I don't know how to accurately measure the waist. It seems to be approx 28". Hips won't be an issue. The length is 36".
