It is not overwound, balance does move freely, second hand moves when running, date indicator works when advancing past 12 midnight, and hands adjust feature works as it should. Exterior of the case shows light wear, including typical surface marks, scratches, and scratches and light scratches over the acrylic crystal. Dial shows light patina and soiling, while the back of the movement is clean with no tarnish. A great, very collectible watch!
