Description: Ethelyn C Stewart 1939 vintage masters art print still life. An original lithograph printed in the 1960’s, on nice medium weight textured Bristol. This stock has a nice non reflective surface. To give you an idea of how thick this stock is, I need a long 2” tube as a form to enable me to roll it up without creasing it and ship this in a 3” diameter tube.These were stored flat in a temperature controlled environment, showing only slight yellowing to the outer edge of the white boarder. Some random shelf wear on edges, small light creases on the corners. Nothing that will detract or be visible after the lithograph has been framed. Printed in USA.Published by Shorewood Press (USA).Colors are warm and wheaty... end of summer, young autumn.... with no fading.Superb quality, you won’t be disappointed.Some ghosting on the back.Full size 28 1/2”x 22 1/2”.Actual artwork measures 23 5/8” x 18 1/2”Ships in a 3” diameter tube.These lithographs were printed in Manhattan back in the 1960’s. My father-in-law was a pressman during that time and brought these and many other fine art lithos home. We (his estate) donated close to 400 art lithos to the Nassau Museum of Art in June of 2021. He was 102 when he passed, he retired in the late 80’s.I kept all my favorites to pass along to you.
