VTG 14K White Gold and Diamonds Longines ladies watch with GF Speidel Band

The watch comes without papers or original packaging, This is a watch from a great Aunt I inherited. I am not a dealer and don't know much about it. There is an engraving dedication on back to her. I am not sure how many diamonds are on the watch but they are very clean and sparkly. Watch is presently still running, does need cleaning and service. I get compliments all the time. It is a small face and band is a Speidel, It does say something K GF then some letters and numbers. Hard to read it. Band does expand.
