This copy has been tested and there are no issues with the functionality of the flash when this adapter is used on the RF646, and it also works, yet in a limited manner, with other cameras that have a hot shoe. I tested it on a Mamiya 7 (passed with flying colors), and a Sony a7IV (limited to camera flash sync, but no other issues).
