The artwork insert is clean with some minor wear. The manual has some heavy creases and wear (see photos), but is clean and complete. This item will be shipped in a padded cardboard box to prevent damage. This is an authentic, original copy and is NOT A REPRODUCTION OR BOOTLEG. See above for photos of the actual item you will receive. I have personally cleaned this game's pins with isopropyl alcohol and tested it on my Genesis 3, playing it for about 30 minutes. It works perfectly, with no issues whatsoever. Please note that you will need a Japanese Megadrive, a region adapter for a Sega Genesis (such as a Game Genie), a Genesis 3, or a clone system to play this game.
